The Technology Consultant will be responsible for leading the delivery, customisation and development of new products whilst extending the features of existing solutions through taking a key focus on user experience.
They will be responsible for delivering an improved user experience across the firm’s broad range of software products from desktop and web solutions to mobile and emerging technology platforms.
They will work with our practice and business service teams to translate ideas and objectives into scalable, flexible products that meet the firm’s on-going business needs. The Technology Consultant will have high user engagement skills with the ability to identify and translate how practice groups can increase productivity through the best practice implementation and configuration of technology.
The Technology Consultant will be proactive in understanding technology trends whilst keeping up to date with new and emerging systems and platforms and proposing ideas back to the business where these will bring a competitive advantage.
The firm is interested in emerging technology and how that may be used to collaborate with clients and internally across our practice streams and business services. Part of this role will include identifying and evaluating such technology, promoting its use, running proofs of concept, pilots and, where appropriate, delivering an end-product.
The role will suit an energetic individual who has an eye for detail and is focused on the end-user experience for an international law firm.
