This important role within the Application Support team will be the technical lead for the Firm’s implementation and ongoing development and support of intapp. This suite of products and associated integrated solutions and workflows are key to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of managing our new business intake, conflicts, client own terms processes and procedures and Walls. The incumbent will demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and knowledge of the intapp product suite and how it can be effectively used within a large enterprise and geographically spread organisation.

Known as the subject matter expert, the incumbent will be the ‘go to’ person and will use their deep technical expertise to maximise the features within it and quickly resolve any issues that are raised. They will develop out and extend the core product capabilities using the tools available within the product. They will have an excellent awareness of key vendor product roadmaps and identifying areas where upgrades and feature changes will improve the experience for our users. The incumbent will manage, support and lead the on-going programme of change in this key area. Our environments should be under constant review ensuring that we have a scalable programme in place to flex and adapt according to firm’s needs including a robust business continuity plan.
The subject matter expert will use their expertise and knowledge to develop, administrate and manage our integrated environment. This person will be proactive in troubleshooting and resolving problems as quickly as possible delegating responsibility within the team or allocating to our internal or external support vendors as appropriate. Strong relationships need to be built with all key internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
The ideal candidate will be excellent at managing their own workload unsupervised, delegating tasks to team members whilst being an active member of a busy team. As the subject matter expert they will lead other members of the team, sharing experience and fostering a culture of product ownership and the adoption of best practice.
Although based in London, the role will provide support to the whole Firm.
